La colección de Malvales y Myrtales está compuesta por un total de 3889 ejemplares de herbario, que se distribuyen del siguiente modo: Ejemplares por familia para Malvales: Bixaceae 5, Bombacaceae 29, Cistaceae 2, Cochlospermaceae 2, Malvaceae 2385, Muntingiaceae 2, Sterculiaceae 108, Thymelaeaceae 6, Tiliaceae 13. Georreferenciados: 2289 ejemplares. Rango Temporal 1847/2018. Ejemplares por familia para Myrtales: Combretaceae 22, Lythraceae 345, Melastomataceae 90, Myrtaceae 171, Onagraceae 706, Onagraceae 1, Punicaceae 1, Vochysiaceae 1. Georreferenciados: 1148 ejemplares. Rango Temporal 1838/2019.
